Supplies:
Kit- Love Like Winter by Gimptastic Scraps. You can find this stunning kit exclusively at The PSP Project here
Tube- Love Like Winter by Eos Sparks. This tube can also be purchased at The PSP Project. You need a valid license to use it. Find it here
*Bundle up on the kit and tube and save money*
Font of choice
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I'm on a Mac so when I use Command you may need to use Ctrl.

Here we go, this will be super easy :)

Command+N to open a new canvas 650x650, transparent background.
Add elements from the kit to your tag, arranging and resizing as you go along.
To resize, Edit>Free Transform. Click the chain link between the W & H boxes to maintain aspect ratio. Then drag from one of the corners until you get the size you want. 
From bottom to top add the following:
(refer to my tag for placement)
leaf (Command+J to duplicate, rotate using Free Transform)
moon
tree
screen
parchment piece
bird scatter
handprint (duplicate x2, rotate)
flag
candles (duplicate)
blood
coin
bowl 
goblet
crow
Add your tube above the bowl layer. 
Add drop shadows to your elements and tube by double clicking the layers in the layer palette to bring up Layer Styles. Click Drop Shadow and adjust to your liking.
Add name. Filter>Noise>Add Noise about 25%.
Layer Styles- add a 2px stroke to the name.
Add tube copyright and license info. 
Image>Trim>Transparent pixels to crop out any extra space.
Merge and save as PNG.

Supplies:

Tube- This was a pre-paid project by Di_Halim at Pics For Design. You can still get it by joining their exclusive club here, or find other tubes by Di_Halim here
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I'm on a Mac so when I use Command you may need to use Ctrl

Here we go :)

Command+N and open a new canvas 650x650, transparent background.
Place frame 5 on canvas. Position paper 2 below it. With your frame layer active, click inside it using the magic wand tool. Select>Modify>Expand by 5 px. Select>Inverse.
With your paper layer active, hit delete on your keyboard. Add tube close up above paper layer.
Right click tube and Create Clipping Mask. Blend mode Luminosity, Opacity 20%.
Repeat these steps with the door from the kit and paper 3. 
Add your tube and Command+J to duplicate. On top tube:
Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur 3px. Blend mode Screen, Opacity 20%. This should add a nice soft glow to her. Make sure to only add your drop shadow to the bottom tube copy.
Now decorate your tag with any of the lovely elements from the kit.
From bottom to top I used:
screen
stars
flower 1
leaves 5
leaves 2
tub
dragonfly
petal scatter
birdhouse
candle
ribbon 2
flowers 3
gem 3
gem 1
teddy 
sparkles 2
teddy
flower 3
button
With your Rectangular Marquee Tool (m), draw out a selection around the entire
tag, just slight smaller than the canvas. Image>Crop.
This will get rid of any stray pixels or drop shadows you don't see.
Image>Trim>Top Left Pixel Corner to remove the excess space.
Add your license and copyright info to the tag.
Add name and any other text of choice.
Merge, save as PNG and enjoy :)

Supplies-

Tube- I'm using the work of Elias Chatzoudis. You can find his tubes here.
Mask- mask 17 from Chrissy's Chaos here
Font- HaloHandletter
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I'm on a Mac so when I use Command you may need to use Ctrl

Here we go :)

Open a new canvas 650x650. 
Place frame 3 in center of canvas. Add paper 12 below it. Click inside the frame using your magic wand tool. Select>Modify>Expand by 5. Select>Inverse. Hit Delete on your paper layer.
Place a new frame as bottom layer. Command+T to activate Free Transform tool, angle the frame to the right. See my tag for reference. Add paper 5 below the frame using the same steps as above.
Add elements from the kit to decorate your tag. From bottom to top I used:
cloud
string
bead scatter
brick wall
wrap 3
folded paper 1
leaves 1
grass
bucket
deco 1
tree
tag 3
berries
grass
button 1
bow
jar
flower 3
Add your tube below the berries layer. 

Drop shadow elements using Layer Styles. 
Now let's get our mask ready! Open your mask on a new canvas.
Add a new layer above it, and flood fill with color of choice, 
or use a paper from kit .
Make sure your mask layer is activated and Command+A to Select All, Command+C to Copy.
Activate the paper layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode.
Command+V to paste the mask..it should now be tinted red.
Hit Q to turn off Quick Mask mode and there should now be marching ants on your canvas.
Hit the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of the layer palette (rectangle with the circle in it)
Right click- convert to smart object
Right click- Rasterize layer
Drag completed mask to your tag canvas as the bottom layer
Resize it if needed.

Supplies:

Tube- I'm using the work of Ed van der Linden which can be found at The PSP Project here. You need to purchase his work and have a valid license to use it.
Mask- Star sparkle mask by Vesta here
Font- Press Style
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I'm on a Mac, so when I use Command you may need to use Ctrl

Here we go :)

Open a new canvas 650x650
Place frame 6 in bottom left corner of canvas. Add paper 12 below it. Click inside the frame. 
Select>Modify>Grow 5px. Select>Inverse. Hit delete on paper layer.
Double click frame layer to bring up layer styles.
Add drop shadow of choice. Merge frame to paper.
Command+J to duplicate. Move copy up and to the right. Refer to my tag for placement.
Add notepaper as top layer. Place tube close up above it. Right click and Create clipping mask to
clip tube to the paper. Change blend mode to soft light, opacity 50%.
Duplicate tube, re-clip the copy layer. Change blend mode to hard light, opacity 90%.
Add main tube. Duplicate and change top copy's blend mode to screen, opacity 60%.
Now just decorate your tag with elements from the kit. From bottom to top I used:
leaves 7
cog 3
clock
butterfly 1
flower 6
brad
butterflies
floral 1
monocle
metal flower 3
stickpin 3
bow 4
clock heart
floral 3
hat box
Add drop shadows as needed to elements and tube.

Now for the mask!! There are a few ways to do this...this is how I like to :)
Open your mask and add paper of choice above it.
With the mask layer highlighted, Select>All, Edit>Copy.
On paper layer, hit Q to activate Quick Mask Mode. If you see red, you're doing it right! Edit>Paste. Hit Q again to turn off Quick Mask Mode. The red should disappear and be marching ants.
Now click the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of your layer palette box.
Rasterize the layer and drag it over to your tag canvas.
Resize and postion as needed.

Image>Trim>Top Left Pixel Color. This will get rid of any excess space on your tag.
Image>Resize if needed. 
Add name and any text of choice.
Add your license and copyright info.
Merge, save and enjoy :)

Mask- KBH_2013_Mask27 here
Font- Valium
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I'm on a Mac so when i use Command you may need to use Ctrl

Here we go :)

Open a new canvas 650x650
Place frame 2 on canvas. Command+T and angle frame to the right.
Place frame 1 behind frame 2. See my tag for placement.
Add paper 18 below frame 1. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame.
Select>Modify>Expand by 3. Select>Inverse. Hit delete on paper layer. Deselect.
Now do the same, but adding paper 22 behind frame 2.
Add the following elements from bottom to top..
refer to my tag for placement or just do your  own thing :)

flower 10
pearls
flower 8
feather 2
cabinet
parasol
ring
score
star
gift
flower 12
kitty 2
mask
Add your tube to center of tag.

Add drop shadows to tube and elements.

Now for the mask!! There are a few ways to do this...this is how I like to :)

Supplies:
Kit- I'm using a fab kit by Kim's Korner called Punk Party. You can find this and her other great kits at Twilight Scraps here
Tube- I'm using the work of Ismael Rac. You can purchase his tubes here. You need a valid license to use his artwork.
Template- Temp 430 from Minxy at Divine Intentionz here
Mask- WSL_Mask93 from here
Font- Black Lightning here
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I'm on a Mac so when I use Command you may need to use Ctrl

Here we go :)

Open your template. Image>Duplicate. Close out original.
Delete credit layer, square 1, square 2.
Replace layers of the template with papers from the kit. To do this:
Add paper above template layer. Right click paper, Create Clipping Mask. Merge Down.
I used:
rectangle- paper 37
rect 1- paper 35
rect 2- paper 27
circle 2- paper 5
circle 1- paper 5
rounded edge rect 3- paper 25
rounded edge rect 4- paper 23
frame back 1- paper 15
frame back 2- paper 16
Clip a close up of your tube to frame back 1. Change blend mode to Luminosity.
Command+J to duplicate. Change blend mode of top tube to Screen, 55% opacity.
Clip a close up of your tube to frame back 2. Desaturate tube and change blend mode to Hard Light.
Duplicate tube and on top copy change blend mode to Screen, 75% opacity.
Now decorate your tag with elements from the kit. From bottom to top I used:
spiked heart 5
piano keys
microphone
disco ball
record
ribbon 11
ipod
skull 2
brass knuckles
DJ Mix
nail polish 2
spiked heart 3
skull 6
panda 2
Add main tube to top of tag. 

Drop shadow tube, elements and template layers.

Now for the mask!! There are a few ways to do this...this is how I like to :)
Open your mask and add paper of choice above it.
With the mask layer highlighted, Select>All, Edit>Copy.
On paper layer, hit Q to activate Quick Mask Mode. If you see red, you're doing it right! Edit>Paste. Hit Q again to turn off Quick Mask Mode. The red should disappear and be marching ants.
Now click the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of your layer palette box.

Supplies: 
Kit- I'm using a kit by A Taggers Scrap called Hop to It. This fab kit is great for Easter and Spring tags and has 80 unique elements and 17 fab papers. Visit Jo's blog here for more info it. 
Tube- This tube is by Jessica Dougherty and can be purchased from Creative Design Outlet here. You must have a valid license to use it.
Template- This fun template is from the super talented Kandi Kissez. Visit her blog here to download it!
Mask of choice
Font of choice
PS CS5 or program of choice
I'm on a Mac, so when I use Command you may need to use Ctrl

Here we go :)

Open your template. Image>Duplicate. Close out original.
Delete arrow circles and credit layer.
Replace the template layers with papers from the kit.
To do this in photoshop:
place paper of choice above template layer of choice
right-click paper, Create Clipping Mask
rearrange paper if needed, right-click paper, merge down.
Double click layer to bring up Layer Styles, add drop shadow of choice.
From bottom to top I used:
dark pink circle- paper 10
top black rounded rectangle- paper 8
top light pink circle- paper 7
middle black rounded rectangle- paper 9
bottom light pink circle- paper 8
bottom black rounded rectangle- paper 7
dark pink circle- paper 10
black tabs- paper 2
kandi word art- paper 1
There are loads of beautiful elements to use in this kit. 
Arrange your favs in your tag. Add drop shadows to your liking.
From bottom to top I used:
flower 9
flower 8
grass 1- Command+J to duplicate a few times and place along bottom of tag
flower 6
scatter 3
flower 3
basket 6
eggplant 4
flower 8
flower chain 1
bunny 2
bunny
egg 1
carrot patch 
butterfly
Now add your tube to the tag and give her a nice drop shadow.

Now for the mask!! There are a few ways to do this...this is how I like to :)
Open your mask and add paper of choice above it.
With the mask layer highlighted, Select>All, Edit>Copy.
On paper layer, hit Q to activate Quick Mask Mode. If you see red, you're doing it right! Edit>Paste. Hit Q again to turn off Quick Mask Mode. The red should disappear and be marching ants.
Now click the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of your layer palette box.
Rasterize the layer and drag it over to your tag canvas.
Resize and postion as needed.

Tube- I'm using a tube by Shelly Soneja which can be found at The PSP Project. You must purchase this tube and have a valid TPP license to use it.
Mask of choice
Font of choice
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I'm on a Mac so when I use Command you may need to use Ctrl

Here we go :)

Open a new canvas 700x700
Place frame 7 in center of canvas, and place paper 15 below it.
On the frame layer, click inside it using the Magic Wand Tool.
Select>Modify>Expand by 3. Select>Inverse.
Hit Delete on the paper layer. Deselect.
Open layer styles and add a drop shadow of choice to the frame.
Place your tube above the frame and add drop shadow.
Decorate your tag with elements from the kit. 
From bottom to top I used:
tree
scatter
grass
floral 2
fence
sparkles
flags
butterfly 2
butterfly 3
greenery 1
greenery 2
pots
flower 10
eggshell 3
flower 8
flower 11
duckling 3
berry 2
eggshell
ladybug
chick
berries 3
Add drop shadows where needed.

Supplies:
Kit- Irish Cream by BLT Designs which you can find at Twilight Scraps here
Tube- I'm using a multi-layered tube by alfadesire. You can purchase her art at PicsForDesign here. You need a license to use this artwork.
Mask- TBT_StPattysMask3 from Tonya at Creative Misfits here
Template- Template 208 by Millie here
Font of choice
Photoshop CS5
I'm on a Mac, so when I use Command you may need Ctrl
This is a Photoshop tutorial but should work in any program.

Here we go :)

Open your template. Image>Duplicate. Close out original. Delete credits.
Replace your template layers with papers from the kit.
To do this, add your paper above a template layer. 
Right-click the paper, Create Clipping Mask.
I used:
1- pp6
2- pp10
3- pp10
4- pp8
5- pp13
7- pp14
8- pp14
10- pp12
Clip a close up of your tube to the paper on layer 7. Change blend mode to Overlay.
Add main tube. Command+J to duplicate.
On top tube layer, Blend Mode Screen, Opacity 75%.
Open layer styles and add drop shadow to bottom tube only.
Add elements from the kit to your tag. From bottom to top I used:
ribbon 2
beads
wreath
wall deco
harp
tassel
flower 2
key
hat
Add drop shadows as needed.

Now for the mask!! There are a few ways to do this...this is how I like to :)
Open your mask and add paper of choice above it.
With the mask layer highlighted, Select>All, Edit>Copy.
On paper layer, hit Q to activate Quick Mask Mode. If you see red, you're doing it right! Edit>Paste. Hit Q again to turn off Quick Mask Mode. The red should disappear and be marching ants.
Now click the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of your layer palette box.
Rasterize the layer and drag it over to your tag canvas.
Resize and postion as needed.

Mask- Mask 69 from Scrappy Bit Of Fun here

Here we go :)

Command+N to open a new canvas 700x700
Place frame 1 on canvas, and place paper 26 below it.
Click in the frame with the magic wand tool.
Select>Modify>Expand by 5px. Select>Inverse.
Hit delete on the paper layer. 
Add frame 10 to bottom of frame 1. 
Place paper 19 below it in the heart using the method above.
Add tube above paper so it shows in the heart. Right-click tube and create a clipping mask.
Desaturate tube and change blend mode to Screen.
Add main tube to top of frame. Drop shadow using Layer Styles.
Add some elements from the kit to your tag. 
From bottom to top I used:
leaves 1
flower 5
screen
flower 9
birdcage
flower 4
button 3
teddy
trinket box
jug
box 
cup 1
Now for the mask!! There are a few ways to do this...this is how I like to :)

Supplies-
Kit- Rawr! by Soxsational Scraps. Visit Soxie's blog here to find where you can get this super cute and fun kit!
Tube- I'm using the work of Alexander McMillan which you can purchase from SATC. You need a valid license to use this tube.
Template- Timeline template from Millie here
Font of choice
Photoshop CS5
I'm on a Mac, so when I use Command you may need to use CTRL

Here we go :)

Open your template. Image>Duplicate. Close out original. Delete credits and layer 2.
Add paper 15 above Layer 1. Right-click paper and Create Clipping Mask.
Double click Layer 1 and add a drop shadow using Layer Styles.
Clip papers 8 and 10 to Layer 3. Clip tube to each paper. 
Desaturate tube (Image>Adjustment>Desaturate) and change blend mode to Screen, Opacity 60%.
Open layer styles on Layer 3 and add a 2px white stroke and drop shadow.
Clip paper 4 to layer 4. Drop shadow.
Clip paper 9 to layer 5. Add tube close ups. Desaturate, blend mode Screen, Opacity 60%.
Add an 8px white stroke and drop shadow to layer 5.
Add your tube and elements of choice. I used:

Now choose a paper that you'd like to use for the border. 
Edit>Define as Pattern. Name it whatever you want :)
Add a new layer to the very top of your layer palette window.
Select>All. Edit>Stroke: 10px, color of choice, outside.
Open Layer Styles, choose the paper pattern you just did-
Add your copyright and license info. Add name and any text of choice.
Merge and save as JPG.
To do the avi, I just cropped part of the banner and redid the border with a smaller px width :)
