Supplies:
Kit- "Summer Vintage" by Wicked Princess Scraps. Visit her blog here for

Tube- I'm using the gorgeous work of Tony Tzanoukakis available at PTE. You must have a valid license to use this artwork.
Mask- Chichi Mask 5 by Chichidesignz here. It's the second one down
Font- Pristina, a FTU font here
Plug Ins- Mura Meister>copies
Here we go :)
Open a new canvas 650x650
c/p vintagerose onto canvas
Image>resize by 20% (not pixels)
make sure Resize all layers is NOT checked
Mura meister>copies:
Adjust>sharpen
c/p gem onto canvas
Image>resize 20%
Mura Meister>copies, same settings
Image>rotate>free rotate 55 degrees to the right
Adjust>sharpen more
Highlight your vintagerose layer
Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame
selections>modify>expand by 7
selections>invert
c/p PP8 under frame
hit delete
c/p close up of tube under frame
hit delete
deselect
On tube layer, change blend mode to Hard Light
Add main tube of choice
duplicate
On duplicate layer:
adjust>blur>gaussian blur 3
change blend mode to overlay
lower opacity to around 50
Now decorate your tag with elements
sharpen elements and add drop shadow of choice
I used:
drapes
luggage box
dress bust
screen divider
couch
book with pearls 4
Open pp5 and move to the bottom layer
Layer>new mask layer>from image
apply mask. merge group
I used my raster deform tool and stretched it out a bit
crop and resize your tag
add license and copyright info
add name and any text
merge, save, enjoy!

Here we go :)
Open a new canvas 650x650
c/p frame2 onto canvas
using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame
selections>modify>expand by 5
c/p paper 14 under frame
selections>invert
hit delete on your keyboard
c/p close up of tube under frame
hit delete on your keyboard
deselect
On tube layer:
penta.com>jeans, default settings
change blend mode to hard light
c/p frame 1 onto canvas
using your magic wand tool, click inside frame
selections>modify>expand by 5
c/p paper11 under frame
selections>invert
hit delete on paper layer
deselect
add main tube of choice
duplicate
move bottom layer under frame
using your eraser tool, erase parts of both layers
so it looks like she's coming out the frame
now let's decorate the tag with elements
I used:
frame4
wire
deco3- add noise 70%
guitar
belt
glitter
bear
lips1
razorblade
bow6
add drop shadows and sharpen elements
crop and resize tag
add license and copyright info
add name and any text
merge, save, enjoy :)

Supplies
Kit- "Turquoise Passion" by Stef's Scrapkits. You can purchase this kit from Lollipops N Gumdrops here
Tube- I used the amazing artwork of Ted Hammond. His work can be found at CDO. You must have a valid license to use his artwork.
Mask- I'm using WH-CM Exclusive #1, by WitchysHeart, which you can download from the Creative Misfits blog here
Plug Ins- Alien Skin Xenofex 2-Constellation
Animation Shop
Here we go :)
Open a new canvas 750x750 with a white background
Choose your Elipse tool, Mode set on "circle"
with your stroke set on 'null', background set to any color, draw out a large circle
convert to raster layer and place towards the right of the canvas
Selections>select all>float>defloat
c/p paper02 onto canvas
selections>invert
hit delete on your keyboard
add close up of tube above paper layer
hit delete on your keyboard
change blend mode of tube to overlay or whatever looks best to you
deselect
delete original circle
selections>select all>float>defloat
selections>modify>select selection borders:
outside, 5, anti-alias checked
add a new raster layer and flood fill with a complimenting color
deselect
rename this layer "circle border"
Now draw out a smaller circle to the bottom left of the large circle
You can refer to my tag for placement
convert to raster layer
repeat the above steps to add paper and border to this circle
instead of the close up of the tube, I added element 37
and lowered the opacity to 58
Add your main tube of choice
duplicate
on duplicate layer:
adjust>blur>gaussian blur 3
change blend mode to soft light
Now decorate your tag with elements.
I used:
element 29- duplicate/mirror
element 40
element 24
element 18
element 13
element 04
crop and resize your tag
add license and copyright info
add any name and text
If you are not going to animate, delete your white background, merge and save :)
To animate:
Highlight your 1st circle border layer
Apply Xenofex Constellation with these settings:
Now highlight your other circle border layer and apply with the same settings
Edit>copy merged
over to AS, paste as new animation
Go back to PSP, undo the constellation effect on both layers
Reapply the same effect to both layers, but hit random seed first
Edit>copy merged
over to AS, paste after current frame
Go back to PSP, and repeat the above steps
Edit>select all
Frame properties, change to around 13
View animation
if you are happy with it, save as GIF
Or play around with the frame properties until you find a speed you like :)

This will be a quick one :)
Open a new canvas 650x650
c/p paper4 onto canvas
layers>new mask layer>from image
apply mask, merge group
add tube of choice and drop shadow
add lifesaver onto canvas
using your magic wand tool, click inside the lifepreserver
selections>modify>expand by 5
c/p your tube as a new layer under the lifepreserver
selections>invert
hit delete on your keyboard
deselect
play with the blend mode on that tube layer
I chose Burn
Now add elements to your tag
I chose:
sand-duplicate, mirror
wave
lighthouse
net
fishnshells
grass-duplicate, reposition
flower 6
flower 3
shelldeco
shell2
seagull2
crop and resize your tag
add license and copyright info
add name and any text
merge, save, enjoy!

add your tube (close-ups are good) under frame layer
position how you want and hit delete
once happy, deselect
change blend mode to what suits you
I used Screen
c/p filmstrip onto canvas
use your magic wand to select in each frame
add pp2 under, and repeat the same steps as with frame2
Add your main tube choice.
duplicate
on duplicate layer:
adjust>blur>gaussian blur 2
change blend mode to soft light
lower opacity to 60
drop shadow your bottom frame layer
now decorate your tag with elements
I used:
streamer
flame-duplicate/mirror
bow2
netting
ribbon2-duplicate/mirror
skullfly
martini
lips
cupcake
sparkles
sharpen elements
crop and resize tag
add license and copyright info
add name and any text
merge, save, enjoy!
