Peek-a-Boo- PTU

Supplies:
Kit- Seduce Me by Inzpired Creationz. You can purchase this kit from Twilight Scraps here. 
Tube- Mary by DiMary which can be purchased from PFD here.
Template- Template 59 by Kandi Kissez here
Mask- Vix_Mask404 here (the last one)
Font- Journal or font of choice
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I use a Mac, so when I say Command, you may need to use Ctrl

Here we go :)
Open your template. Image>Duplicate, close out original. 
First we are going to replace layers from the template with papers from the kit.
To do this, activate the template layer by hitting Command while clicking the layer's icon in the layer palette window.
Add paper of choice as a new layer above the template layer.
Select>Inverse. Hit Delete on paper layer. Deselect. Delete original template layer. 
For this tag I did:
light pink circles- paper 10
light pink rectangle- paper 2
dark pink squares- paper 5
frame backs- paper 1
peek-a-boo- paper 11
On the Pink Gradient Strips layer- Command+U to bring up Hue/Saturation window.
Colorize to white by increasing the Lightness.
Repeat with the Hearts layer
On the Peek-A-Boo word art layer, double click to bring up layer styles.
Apply Bevel and Emboss with these settings:
On the circles, rectangle, and black strips layers, bring up layer styles
and add a Stroke- 2px wide, Outside, White. 
On the squares layer (paper 5) add a Stroke- 2px, Outside, Red

Select your Black Squares layer at the bottom. Add parts of your tube in each selection.
Select>Inverse. Hit Delete on tube layers. Deselect. Change blend mode to Luminosity.
Lower opacity on tubes to 50%

Select your frame backs layer (paper 1). Add parts of your tube in each selection.
Select>Inverse. Hit Delete on tube layers. Deselect. Merge those tubes into one layer.
Duplicate. On bottom tube layer, desaturate and change blend mode to Hard Light, Opacity 50%.
On top tube layer, Blend mode Screen, Opacity 75%.
Add main tube choice below the Peek-a-boo back layer.
Now add some elements from the kit to your tag. Resize, angle and drop shadow as you go.
From bottom to top I used:
whip 2
cuffs 1
nail polish
hearts
pills
sparkles 1
bow 1

Now let's get our mask ready! Open your mask on a new canvas.
Drag your paper of choice to it as a new layer. 
Make sure your mask layer is activated and Command+A to Select All, Command+C to Copy
Activate the paper layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode
Command+V to paste the mask..it should now be tinted red
Hit Q to turn off Quick Mask mode and there should now be marching ants showing the mask outline
Hit the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of the layer palette (rectangle  with the circle in it)
Right click- convert to smart object
Right click- Rasterize layer
Drag completed mask to your tag canvas as the bottom layer

Crop and resize your tag
Add license and copyright info
Add name and any additional text
Merge, save as png, enjoy!

Denim Daze- PTU

Kit- I'm using a funky fun kit called "Denim Daze" by A Taggers Scrap. You can visit her blog here to find out where you can purchase this great kit. This comes with a freebie sampler too, so check it out!
Tube- Emotions2 by Zlata_M, which you can purchase from PFD here
Font of choice
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I use a Mac, so when I use Command you may need to use Ctrl

Here we go :)

This will be a quickie!
Open a new canvas 700x700
I like to start with the frame, so open and resize Frame 5 on your canvas
Click inside the frame with your magic wand tool (W)
Select>Modify>Expand by 5 pixels
Drag paper of choice under frame layer. I used Paper 27.
Select>Inverse. Hit Delete on paper layer.
With your selection still active, drag a close up of your tube above the paper layer.
Hit Delete on the tube layer. Deselect.
Change blend mode of tube to Hard Light.
Double click your frame layer to bring up the Layer Styles box.
Add a Drop Shadow of choice. 
Add your main tube choice to the tag. Resize and position to your liking. 
If you'd like to add a soft glow like did-
Command+J to duplicate tube layer
On top copy, Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur 2px 
Change Blend mode to Screen, Opacity 40%
Drop Shadow the bottom tube layer only.
Now add some elements to the tag. From bottom to top I used-
Wire
wrap 3
deco 6
bow 8
flower 3
butterfly 2
flower 8
paperclips
key 
screw
button 4
string 2
word art 2
*tube*
deco 11

Crop and resize your tag.
Add license, copyright and name.
merge, save as PNG, enjoy :)

SWAK- PTU tut

Supplies:
Kit- Coffee, Tea or Me? a cute PTU kit from Nette's Nightowl Works. This kit is available for purchase at Lollipops N Gumdrops here
Tube- I'm using 3 PinUpToons, which you can purchase at CDO with a valid license. You can use just one tube if you like :)
Mask- MB and SW Mask 29 here
Template- Temp91 by Leah here
Font- Smiley Monster or font of choice
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I'm on a Mac, so when I use Command, you may need to use Ctrl

Here we go :)

Open your template. Image>Duplicate. Close out original. 
Increase canvas size to 700x700. Delete the credit layer. 
Replace each template layer with papers for your kit. To do this-
 Command+Click each layer icon in the Layer Palette box-this will make a selection around the shape.
Drag paper of choice as a new layer above template layer.
Select>Inverse. On paper layer hit Delete. Deselect. Delete original template layer. 
For each layer I used:
oval 3- paper 11
oval 1- paper 6
burst- paper 3
rect 2&3- create new layers and flood fill with color/gradient of choice
rect 1- paper 5
squares- paper 3
filmstrip- paper 11- add noise 20%

Command+Click the left rectangle layer. Drag a close up of one of your tubes as a new layer above it.
Select>Inverse. Hit delete on the tube layer. Deselect. Change blend mode to Luminosity.
Duplicate layer, change that blend mode to Hard Light. 
Repeat above steps with your next tube close up on the right rectangle layer. 
Now add your main tube of choice to the center of the template, as the top most layer.
I like to add a soft glow to my tubes, so if you want to- 
Duplicate tube layer. On copy go to Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur- 2px radius
Blend mode Overlay, Opacity 55%. Play with the settings for your tube choice!
On the 3 rectangle layers, and the film strip layer, I also added a 2px white stroke to make them stand out.
You can find this in your Layer Styles window by double clicking on the layer.

Now, above the filmstrip layer, we are going to add some elements from the kit.
Refer to my tag for placement if you like. 
From bottom to top I used:
choco cupcake
cupcake 2
kitty teacup
love snail
bow
teacup
cupcake 1
swap work- add 2px white stroke

Now let's get our mask ready! Open your mask on a new canvas.
Drag your paper of choice to it as a new layer. 
Make sure your mask layer is activated and Command+A to Select All, Command+C to Copy
Activate the paper layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode
