Hi everyone!! I am looking for 2-3 active tut writers to join my Creative Team :) 
If you like my style, love to tag and have the time, then I may have a spot just for you!!!
My CT group is located on Facebook, so you will need a Facebook account to keep in touch and request kits!

Team Requirements:
Tutorial Writers- Work with 1 or more new kits each month, and write a tut that highlights the kit. Promote your tuts in at least 5 Facebook groups, 5 yahoo groups, and 1 forum. 

Tag Makers- Work with 1 or more kits each month, and make 2 tags from each kit you work with. Will also need to offer 1 of those tags as extras/snags on your blog!! Promote your extras in at least 5 Facebook groups, 5 yahoo groups and 1 forum. 

Please only apply if you are dedicated and have the time to be active and promote your work!

If interested, please send me an email (bananas_68@yahoo.com) with the subject: DND CT CALL. In that email, please include a link to your blog, whether you are applying as a tut writer or tag maker, and 2 tags that you've made that you feel best show your style of tagging!!

I will hold this call for 1 week. So it will close April 25, 2012 and I will make my choices on April 26, 2012 :o)

Supplies-
Kit- "Creeped" by ChiChi Designz. You can find this kit at Lollipops N Gumdrops here.  It has over 100 elements and 20 papers and is on sale right now :)
Tube- I'm using the art of Michele Ann, which you can purchase at DSI with a valid license. 
Mask of choice (sorry, forgot which one I used)
Font of choice
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I use a Mac, so when I use Command, you may need to use Ctrl.

Here we go :)

Open a new canvas 750x750, transparent background.
Center Frame on canvas. Add paper of choice behind frame. I used Paper14.
Activate your Magic Wand tool (w) and click inside frame.
Select>Modify>Expand by 5 px. Select>Inverse.
Select paper layer and hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect.
From bottom to top, add the following elements:
Moon- upper left of frame
Wings- bottom of frame
Rubble- Center of frame
Window- Directly above rubble
Webspidr- upper right corner of frame
Lantern-  on upper right corner
Signs- left side of tag
Bench- bottom left of tag
Stone- laying in front of bench
Jewel- left of stone
Skeleton- Bottom right of frame
Tombstone- directly in front of skeleton
Blackrose- bottom left of bench
Candle- right of tag
*tube*
Branches- in front of tube
Spellbook- right of tube
Crystal ball- in front of spell book
Cat- left of tube

Now place your tube of choice where indicated above.
Duplicate and on top copy-Blend Mode Hard Light, Opacity 30%
Add drop shadow to bottom tube layer.
Add drop shadows to elements as well. 

Now let's get our mask ready! Open your mask on a new canvas.
Add a new layer above it, and flood fill with color of choice, 
or use a paper from kit.
Make sure your mask layer is activated and Command+A to Select All, Command+C to Copy.
Activate the paper layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode.
Command+V to paste the mask..it should now be tinted red.
Hit Q to turn off Quick Mask mode and there should now be marching ants on your canvas.
Hit the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of the layer palette (rectangle  with the circle in it)
Right click- convert to smart object
Right click- Rasterize layer
Drag completed mask to your tag canvas as the bottom layer
Resize it if needed.


Crop, trim and resize your tag. 
Add copyright and license info.
Add name and any text. 
Merge, save as PNG and enjoy :)
Supplies:

Tube- I'm using a hot tube by Cedric Poulat, available at PTE here.

Here we go :)

Open a new canvas 750x750, transparent.
Place Frame 12 on canvas.
Underneath that, resize and place paper of choice (I used paper 2).
Duplicate your tube a couple of times and place under the frame
 so different parts are showing in it. Merge tube layers when happy with placement.
Now with your frame layer active, click inside it with your Magic Wand Tool (w).
Select>Modify>Expand by 5px. Select>Inverse.
Hit delete on your tube and paper layers. Command+D to deselect.
Change the blend mode on your tube layer to Multiply, opacity 28%.
Add drop shadow to frame (double click layer to bring up Layer Styles)

Place elements 67, 68 and 69 along the top of frame.
Flip (Edit>Transform>Flip horizontal) them if needed.
Once you have them how you want, merge those 3 layers together. 
Place paper of choice below the stars (I used paper 3)
Add your tube under each star so different parts show in it.
Use your Magic Wand Tool and delete the excess tubes and paper like before.
Duplicate your merged tubes.
On bottom tube layer- Blend Mode Luminosity
On top tube layer- Hard Light, Opacity 90%
Drop shadow stars layer.

Add element 93 below the left star
Add element 19 below the right star
Add element 38 at the bottom right of frame
Add element 24 to top of frame- 
Duplicate (Command+J), flip and place between stars. 

Now add your main tube. Duplicate it.
On top tube layer- Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur 2px
Blend Mode- Screen, Opacity 45%
Drop Shadow bottom tube layer.

Now let's get our mask ready! Open your mask on a new canvas.
Add a new layer above it, and flood fill with color of choice, 
or use a paper from kit (I used paper 12).
Make sure your mask layer is activated and Command+A to Select All, Command+C to Copy.
Activate the paper layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode.
Command+V to paste the mask..it should now be tinted red.
Hit Q to turn off Quick Mask mode and there should now be marching ants on your canvas.
Hit the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of the layer palette (rectangle  with the circle in it)
Right click- convert to smart object
Right click- Rasterize layer
Drag completed mask to your tag canvas as the bottom layer
Resize it if needed.

Add your license and copyright info.
Add name and any text of choice.
After resizing, I went through and sharpened all the elements to make them pop.
Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen
Merge, save as PNG, enjoy :)

Supplies:
Kit- I'm using a gorgeous kit by A Taggers Scrap called Golden Kiss. Visit her blog here for where you can purchase this great kit. 
Tube-  I'm using Jennifer Janesko, which you can purchase from CDO with a valid license. 
Tag at the bottom uses Amy Matthews, who is also available at CDO.
Mask- Mask2byTonya here
Font- Honey Script or font of choice
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice

Here we go :)

Open a new canvas 700x700, transparent background.
Open frame 10 and place on center of canvas.
Open, resize and place paper of choice under frame.
Place close up of tube under frame, above paper so just her face is inside the frame.
Activate your magic wand tool (w). With your frame layer active, click inside it. 
Select>Modify>Expand by 5px. Select>Inverse.
Hid delete on your keyboard on both the paper and tube layers.
Command+D to deselect.
Command+J to duplicate tube. Play with the blend modes and opacity to get a nice faded look.
On the bottom tube I did- Luminosity, 50%
On the top tube I did- Soft Light, 70%
Add a drop shadow to the frame-
Open your Layer Styles window by double clicking the layer in the layer window,
click the Drop Shadow option (the whole layer, not just the check box), adjust how you want.

There are loads of beautiful elements in this kit to decorate your tag with.
To resize elements, Command+T to transform, and while holding down the Shift key (to keep proportions)  drag one corner of the element down until desired size.
From bottom to top I used:
Drape- place to left of frame
Wordart 2- place above drape
*frame*
Heart 3- resize and place on upper right side of frame
Leaves 4- place at bottom of frame
Notebook- Angle slightly to the left, place in lower left corner
Candle- bottom of frame
light 2- top right of frame
key- angle about 90 degrees, top right of frame
flower 9- bottom of frame
cups- bottom of frame
button- bottom of frame
leaves 3- top of frame, use eraser tool and erase part that dangles over tube's face
flower 1- top right of frame
giftbox- bottom right of frame
bottle- bottom right of frame
teddy- bottom right of frame

Now let's get our mask ready! Open your mask on a new canvas.
Add a new layer above it, and flood fill with color of choice, 
or use a paper from kit (I used paper 18).
Make sure your mask layer is activated and Command+A to Select All, Command+C to Copy.
Activate the paper layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode.
Command+V to paste the mask..it should now be tinted red.
Hit Q to turn off Quick Mask mode and there should now be marching ants on your canvas.
Hit the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of the layer palette (rectangle  with the circle in it)
Right click- convert to smart object
Right click- Rasterize layer
Drag completed mask to your tag canvas as the bottom layer
Resize it if needed.

Now crop, trim and resize your tag.
Add license and copyright info.
Add name and any additional text of choice.
Merge, save as PNG, enjoy :)
