I played with this stunning kit, Shine Bright, by Rieneke Designs and paired it up with Antique Doll by Nocturne, a tube from Pics For Design. The result was this tag, which I'm pretty happy with :) I was going to tut it, but it's really a lot of clustering which is hard to explain, lol. So I made some extras instead. Will probably make another tag with it as well, because it was so fun to play with ^_^

Supplies:
Kit- I'm using a fab kit by Kim's Korner called Punk Party. You can find this and her other great kits at Twilight Scraps here.
Tube- I'm using the work of Ismael Rac. You can purchase his tubes here. You need a valid license to use his artwork.
Template- Temp 430 from Minxy at Divine Intentionz here
Mask- WSL_Mask93 from here
Font- Black Lightning here
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I'm on a Mac so when I use Command you may need to use Ctrl
Here we go :)
Open your template. Image>Duplicate. Close out original.
Delete credit layer, square 1, square 2.
Replace layers of the template with papers from the kit. To do this:
Add paper above template layer. Right click paper, Create Clipping Mask. Merge Down.
I used:
rectangle- paper 37
rect 1- paper 35
rect 2- paper 27
circle 2- paper 5
circle 1- paper 5
rounded edge rect 3- paper 25
rounded edge rect 4- paper 23
frame back 1- paper 15
frame back 2- paper 16
Clip a close up of your tube to frame back 1. Change blend mode to Luminosity.
Command+J to duplicate. Change blend mode of top tube to Screen, 55% opacity.
Clip a close up of your tube to frame back 2. Desaturate tube and change blend mode to Hard Light.
Duplicate tube and on top copy change blend mode to Screen, 75% opacity.
Now decorate your tag with elements from the kit. From bottom to top I used:
spiked heart 5
piano keys
microphone
disco ball
record
ribbon 11
ipod
skull 2
brass knuckles
DJ Mix
nail polish 2
spiked heart 3
skull 6
panda 2
Add main tube to top of tag.
Drop shadow tube, elements and template layers.
Now for the mask!! There are a few ways to do this...this is how I like to :)
Open your mask and add paper of choice above it.
With the mask layer highlighted, Select>All, Edit>Copy.
On paper layer, hit Q to activate Quick Mask Mode. If you see red, you're doing it right! Edit>Paste. Hit Q again to turn off Quick Mask Mode. The red should disappear and be marching ants.
Now click the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of your layer palette box.
Rasterize the layer and drag it over to your tag canvas.
Resize and postion as needed.
Image>Trim>Top Left Pixel Color. This will get rid of any excess space on your tag.
Image>Resize if needed.
Add name and any text of choice.
Add your license and copyright info.
Merge, save and enjoy :)

Supplies:
Kit- Irish Cream by BLT Designs which you can find at Twilight Scraps here
Tube- I'm using a multi-layered tube by alfadesire. You can purchase her art at PicsForDesign here. You need a license to use this artwork.
Mask- TBT_StPattysMask3 from Tonya at Creative Misfits here
Template- Template 208 by Millie here
Font of choice
Photoshop CS5
I'm on a Mac, so when I use Command you may need Ctrl
This is a Photoshop tutorial but should work in any program.
Here we go :)
Open your template. Image>Duplicate. Close out original. Delete credits.
Replace your template layers with papers from the kit.
To do this, add your paper above a template layer.
Right-click the paper, Create Clipping Mask.
I used:
1- pp6
2- pp10
3- pp10
4- pp8
5- pp13
7- pp14
8- pp14
10- pp12
Clip a close up of your tube to the paper on layer 7. Change blend mode to Overlay.
Add main tube. Command+J to duplicate.
On top tube layer, Blend Mode Screen, Opacity 75%.
Open layer styles and add drop shadow to bottom tube only.
Add elements from the kit to your tag. From bottom to top I used:
ribbon 2
beads
wreath
wall deco
harp
tassel
flower 2
key
hat
Add drop shadows as needed.

Supplies-
Kit- Samhain Night by Scrappin Krazy Designs. You can find this kit at Twilight Scraps here.
Tube- I'm using the work of Zindy Nielsen. You can find her gorgeous tubes here. Do not use this tube without first purchasing it, and having a valid license.
Mask- WSL_Mask 161 here
Font- Alex Brush
Photoshop CS5
I'm on a Mac, so when I use Command you may need to use Ctrl.
Here we go :)
Command+N to open a new canvas 700x700
Place ele03 and ele20 on canvas and arrange so the are side by side.
Merge the 2 frame layers.
Place p10 or paper of choice behind the frames.
Using your magic wand tool (w) click inside each frame.
Select>Modify>Expand by 5px. Select>Inverse.
Hit delete on paper layer. Deselect.
Add tube to center of tag and duplicate.
On tube copy, change blend mode to Soft Light.
Decorate your tag with elements from the kit.
From bottom to top I used:

Now let's get our mask ready! Open your mask on a new canvas.
Add a new layer above it, and flood fill with color of choice,
or use a paper from kit .

Command+V to paste the mask..it should now be tinted red.
Hit Q to turn off Quick Mask mode and there should now be marching ants on your canvas.

Right click- convert to smart object
Right click- Rasterize layer
Drag completed mask to your tag canvas as the bottom layer
Resize it if needed.
With your Rectangular Marquee Tool (m), draw out a selection around the entire
tag, just slight smaller than the canvas. Image>Crop.
This will get rid of any stray pixels or drop shadows you don't see.
Image>Trim>Top Left Pixel Corner to remove the excess space.
Add your license and copyright info to the tag.
Add name and any other text of choice.
Merge, save as PNG and enjoy :)

Supplies:
Kit- Autumn Dust by Joy Design. You can find this cute kit at Twilight Scraps here.
Tube- I'm using the artwork of Cute Loot which you can purchase at The PSP Project here. You must have a valid TPP license to use this tube!
Mask- BD-Mask 3 from Bluedream Designs here
Font- Mardian
Photoshop CS5
I'm on a Mac, so when I use Command you may need to use Ctrl
Here we go :)
Open a new canvas 700x700
Place element 44 in the center of the canvas.
Position paper15 behind it and resize it so it doesn't extend beyond the frame.
Behind the paper, add element 47 so it shows a bit over the top of the frame.
Add element 46 to the top left corner of the frame.
Along the bottom of the frame add the following elements:

Double click one of the elements to bring up Layer Styles. Add drop shadow of choice.
Now right-click that element, Select Similar Layers. Right-click again. Paste Layer Style.
That should add your drop shadow to the remaining elements.
Add tube of choice to center of tag. Apply drop shadow.
Now let's get our mask ready! Open your mask on a new canvas.
Add a new layer above it, and flood fill with color of choice,
or use a paper from kit .
Make sure your mask layer is activated and Command+A to Select All, Command+C to Copy.
Activate the paper layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode.
Command+V to paste the mask..it should now be tinted red.
Hit Q to turn off Quick Mask mode and there should now be marching ants on your canvas.

Supplies-
Kit: Sweet Heart by Rieneke Designs which you can find at Twilight Scraps here
Tube: I'm using the work of Nocturne which you can find at PFD here
Mask: WSL_Mask 330 here
Font: Sloop Script
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
Here we go :)
Open a new canvas 750x750
Place element 29 in center of canvas. Place paper 1 under that.
Using the Magic Wand Tool, click inside the frame.
Select>Modify>Expand. Select>Inverse. Hit Delete on the paper layer.
Deselect and add a drop shadow to the frame.
Behind the paper layer, add element 36 to the right side.
Duplicate and flip, reposition to the left side.
Add element 34 and place on top of the frame, near the middle right. Duplicate
Resize the copy and move to the lower left of the frame.
Add element 43 to the right side and line it up so the string on element 34 is flush with it.
Refer to my tag for placement if needed.
Add element 2 to both sides of the frame, towards the bottom.
Add element 47 to the left of the frame.
Now add your tube of choice. Duplicate.
On top copy, change blend mode to Soft Light, Opacity 50%.
Add element 59 directly above the tube copy layer.
Now from bottom to top, left to right, add the following:

Add drop shadows to all the elements except 59.
Now let's get our mask ready! Open your mask on a new canvas.
Add a new layer above it, and flood fill with color of choice,
or use a paper from kit (I just picked a blue from one of the hearts and filled the layer with that).
Make sure your mask layer is activated and Command+A to Select All, Command+C to Copy.
Activate the paper layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode.
Command+V to paste the mask..it should now be tinted red.
Hit Q to turn off Quick Mask mode and there should now be marching ants on your canvas.
Hit the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of the layer palette (rectangle with the circle in it)

Supplies-
Kit- Andalusion by Dee'Sign Depot. You can find this great kit at Twilight Scraps here, and it's on sale!! Yaayy!!!
Tube- I'm using the work of Amy Matthews which you can buy at CDO with a valid license.
Mask- MC_Mask11 from Melissaz Creationz here
Font- Some Weatz Swashes or font of choice
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I'm on a Mac, so when I use Command you may need to use Ctrl
Here we go :)
Open a new canvas 700x700 on a transparent background.
Choose your frame and place in center of canvas. I used element 50.
Place paper of choice below frame.
With frame layer active, click inside it using your Magic Wand Tool (w).
Select>Modify>Expand by 5. Select>Inverse.
Hit Delete on the paper layer. Deselect.
Add the following elements to the top right corner of the frame-
37- angle so it's vertical
44
Add element 41 below the paper layer so the end of it peeks out past the lower left corner of the frame.
Now we are going to cluster some elements in the lower left corner of the frame.
Refer to my tag for placement, and add the following elements from bottom to top:

You should now have something that looks somewhat like this:
Now resize and angle element 21 over your little cluster of elements..
Add element 28 right on the lower left corner, on top of everything else.
Resize and add element 20 to the top of frame.
Position tube how you like directly above frame layer. Command+J to duplicate.
Move copy of tube below frame.
Erase bottoms of both tube layers so it cleanly looks like the tube is coming out the frame.
Using Layer Styles, add a drop shadow just to the bottom tube layer.
Go ahead and add a drop shadow to the rest of your elements too.
Now let's get our mask ready! Open your mask on a new canvas.
Add a new layer above it, and flood fill with color of choice,
or use a paper from kit.
Make sure your mask layer is activated and Command+A to Select All, Command+C to Copy.
Activate the paper layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode.
Command+V to paste the mask..it should now be tinted red.

Supplies-
Kit- "Lucky" by Kim's Korner. You can purchase this great kit at Twilight Scraps.
Tube- I'm using "Patricia" by Misticheskaya. This tube can be purchased at PFD.
Font of choice
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
(I use a Mac, so when I use "Command" you may need to use "Ctrl")
Command+N to open a new window 700x700
Open your frame of choice. I chose Frame 04.
Hit W to activate the magic wand tool. Make sure both Anti-Alias
and Contingency are checked, tolerance 100. Click inside the frame.
Resize and drag paper of choice to canvas, Select>Inverse, hit delete on paper layer.
Drag tube close up to canvas above paper, hit delete on keyboard.
Deselect. Change blend mode of close up to Screen or whatever you like :)
Open and resize the Harp, place to side of frame.
Do the same with the Pot of Gold and Rainbow. You may need to flip the Rainbow
and resize so it appears to be coming out the Pot of Gold.
Now open your Coins layer. Duplicate and Reposition along bottom of frame.
Place some below and above the Pot of Gold layer.
On the opposite side of your frame than the Harp,
place the Horseshoe Cluster, a Bow, and a flower.
Open and place the Whiskey. Command+T to rotate it so it's laying on it's side.
At the top of your tag, place Wordart4. Double click the layer to bring up Layer Style window.
Add a 1 px White Stroke and a small drop shadow so it stands out
Place your main tube choice on the canvas. I put her between the coin layers to add
depth to the tag- that's just a personal preference.
I like a nice glow on my tubes, so I duplicate, then go to Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur 2
Change blend mode to Screen, Opacity 65%- play with the blend options to see what you like!
Go through and add a nice drop shadow to your layers. To do this, double click
a layer, click "Drop Shadow" and create your settings.
Then Right-Click that layer, Copy Layer Style.
You can then Right-Click the other layers and Paste Layer Style
For your main tube, only drop shadow the bottom tube layer.
Now Image>Trim-Top Left Pixel Color
Image>Resize Image (if you want)
Add your license and copyright info
Add name and any text of choice
Merge, save as PNG file, enjoy :)

Supplies-
Kit- Midnight Blues by Rabid Designz. This kit is available at Twilight Scraps here
Tube- Anna Marine available for purchase from CDO with a valid license
Mask- VixMask 363 here
Font of choice
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
(I use a Mac, so when I say Command, you may need to hit Ctrl)
Command+N to open a new image 650x650 with a white background
Open your mask, drag paper 1 to that canvas
Make sure your mask layer is activated and Command+A to Select All
Command+C to copy
Then activate your paper layer, hit Q to enter Quick Mask mode
Command+V to paste mask on paper layer-it should now be tinted red
hit Q on the paper layer to exit Quick Mask mode.
You should now have marching ants outlining where your mask is laying on the paper,
reposition or transform as needed
Click Add Layer Mask at the bottom of the layer palette
-it's the button that looks like a circle inside a rectangle
Now Right click and Convert to Smart Object
Then right click again and Rasterize Layer
Drag your mask to your tag canvas
Open your tube of choice and position in the center of the mask
I like to add a nice glow, so I duplicated the tube
On top layer, Filers>Blur>Gaussian blur 2
Blend Mode Screen, Opacity 55%
Drop Shadow the bottom tube layer
Build around your tube with elements from the kit.
Drop shadow (Layer Style> drop shadow) and resize
(Command+T, click chain link on tool bar between Width and Height) as you go along
From bottom to top I used:

Now crop your tag- Image>Trim>Top Left Pixel Corner
Resize your tag- Image>Image Size- make sure Constrain Proportions is checked
Add your license and artist copyright info
Add name and any additional text
If you aren't going to animate, delete white background, save as PNG :)
To animate:
Activate Element 37 in your layer palette
Command+J to duplicate 2x for a total of 3 layers
Using your magic wand tool, click on the orb until you've selected most of it
On the first layer apply
Filter>Distort>Glass with these settings-
Repeat with the 2 remaining orbs, just change the Scaling slider by 10 each time.
Now Duplicate Element 12 for a total of 3 layers
click on the silver frame with your magic wand
Filter>Noise>Add Noise- Amount 10%, Uniform Distribution
Command+F on the remaining 2 layers
Now hide the first 2 layers of Element 12 and Element 37
Window>Animation- Your first frame should appear in the animation window
Duplicate the frame, Unhide the 2nd layer of both elements, hide the 1st
Duplicate the frame, Unhide the 3rd layer of both elements, hide the 2nd
Change your time delay to your preference..I used No Delay
File-Save for Web & Devices, save as GIF, enjoy :)
