Supplies:
Kit- "Eclectic Hearts", a super cute kit by Scraps by Storm. This kit is available at I Got Lucky Skraps here. With shades of pinks, purples, blue and green this kit goes with almost any theme!
Tube- With this adorable kit, I had to use a Gorjuss girl! You can find these lovelies here. You must have a valid license to use this artwork.
Mask- 59InsatiableDreams available here (part of Masks 4)
Font- Too Many Secrets, a FTU font here
Here we go :)
This is going to be quick and easy!
Open a new canvas 700x700
c/p paper 20 on canvas
layers>new mask layer>from image
apply mask, merge group
open frame 5
using your magic wand tool, click inside frame
selections>modify>expand by 5
c/p paper 3 under frame
selections>invert
hit delete on keyboard
deselect
add tube of choice
duplicate
on top layer adjust>blur>gaussian blur @ 3
change blend mode to soft light
drop shadow bottom tube layer
decorate your tag with elements:
blings doodle 4- duplicate/mirror/flip
heart and diamonds 4
bow 4
flower 12-duplicate/mirror
glass heart 2- duplicate/mirror
flower 4- duplicate/mirror
flower 1- duplicate/mirror
conversation heart
crop and resize
add license and copyright info
add name and any text
merge and save
