Supplies-
Kit: I'm using a FTU kit called "Bunny1" by Addictive Pleasures here
Tube: Tube by Keith Garvey, available for purchase at PTE with a valid license.
Template: Template 218 by Denz Designz here
Mask: MC_MisfitMask1_3.12 from Melissa on the Misifit blog here
Font: TheNautiGal or font of choice
Photoshop CS5 or program of choice
I use a Mac, so when I use Command you may need to use Ctrl
Here we go :)
Open your template. Duplicate it and close out original. I like to increase the canvas size
so I have room to work, so Image>Canvas size and make it about 800x800.
Delete credit layer, and move Black Rectangle layer to right above shape 4
Activate the Dotted Line layer. Command+U to bring up the Hue/Saturation window, and colorize it to white or shade of choice.
Activate the White Circle layer and colorize it to black or shade of choice. Command+Click on
layer icon to make a selection around it.
Add close up of tube, Select>Inverse, hit delete on tube. Deselect.
On tube layer, Shift+Command+U to Desaturate. Duplicate and change blend mode
on top tube to Screen.
Double click your Circle layer to bring up Layer Styles and add a Stroke of 2px, White, Outside.
Create a selection around Shape 1 layer. Add a new layer above it and fill it with color or gradient of choice. With it still selected, add tube and Select>Inverse, hit delete on tube. Deselect.
Duplicate tube layer. On bottom tube, change blend mode to Luminosity.
Change top tube blend mode to Overlay. Add the same Stroke as above to the gradient/color filled layer.
Delete original template layer.
Repeat above steps with Shape 2.
The rest of the template layers, we will replace with papers from the kit.
To do this, create a selection around the template layer, add paper above that layer.
Select>Inverse. Hit delete on paper layer. Deselect and Delete original template layer.
I used:
Shape 3- Paper 6
Black Rectangle- Paper 4- add 4px White Stroke
Shape 4- Paper 6
Small White Ovals- Paper 10
Black Square- Paper 4
Add main tube as the top layer of your tag.
Drop shadow your layers by using Layer Styles.
Now add some elements from the kit to your tag.
Resize, angle and drop shadow as needed.

Now let's get our mask ready! Open your mask on a new canvas.
Add a new layer above it, and flood fill with color of choice, or use a paper from kit.
Make sure your mask layer is activated and Command+A to Select All, Command+C to Copy
Activate the flood filled layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode
Command+V to paste the mask..it should now be tinted red
Hit Q to turn off Quick Mask mode and there should now be marching ants showing the mask outline
Hit the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of the layer palette (rectangle with the circle in it)
Right click- convert to smart object
Right click- Rasterize layer
Drag completed mask to your tag canvas as the bottom layer
Crop and resize your tag if needed
Add license and copyright info.
Add name and any text.
Merge, save as PNG, enjoy :)
